The Janssen-line pigeons I purchased from CBS (Continental Breeding Station) in the U.S. are descendants of the Janssen pigeons that CBS originally imported from Simons & Zn Loft in the Netherlands.
Simons & Zn Loft was well known for breeding champions, having acquired multiple direct sons of Merckx, Jonge Merckx, and 019 directly from the Janssen brothers in Arendonk, Belgium.
CBS imported a large number of these birds, and among them, I purchased two direct-line cocks from 019. Both of their parents were grandsons and full brothers of 019, with exceptional race records.
I personally consider myself very fortunate to have acquired pigeons from this lineage. Currently, I continue to preserve the pure bloodline while also using these birds for crossbreeding in races.
From my experience, the Kannibaal line pairs exceptionally well with this line. |
