Pro Version: This version features enhanced durability and a refined finish using wood dowel joinery for maximum structural integrity. The Secret Tool: My Custom Dowel Jig To achieve the "Pro" finish, precise drilling is key. I’ve designed a simple yet highly effective Dowel Jig to ensure every hole is perfectly vertical and spaced consistently. Jig Specifications: Material: 18mm (W) x 30–50mm (H) wooden timber. Length: Customizable from 300mm to 1200mm depending on your needs. Feature: Integrated Metallic Spacers (Bushings) to guide the drill bit. This jig allows you to drill dowel holes with consistent 80mm spacing, ensuring your feeder looks professional and stays sturdy for years.
